Baked Sweet Potato Wedges

Recipe from: The American Cancer Society's "Celebrate! Healthy Entertaining for Any Occasion"
Serves: 8
Ingredients:

- Cooking Spray
- 4 large sweet potatoes, scrubbed, cut lengthwise into 3/4 inch wedges
- 1 tsp paprika
|
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)

Cooking Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Lightly spray cooking spray on a baking dish or cast-iron skillet. Spray potato wedges with cooking spray and toss together with all the spices in a bowl. 3. Place potatoes in a single layer in the baking dish or skillet. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn over and bake an additional 20 minutes.
